Jenni's Bio

Artistic Jenni Deutscher is 11-1/2 years old and lives with her parents and a variety of animals in Ahwatukee near Phoenix, Arizona. Her mom plays horn for The Phoenix Symphony and her dad is a mechanical aerospace engineer and Operations Manager for Jansen’s Aircraft Systems Controls in Tempe. Jenni attends Sixth Grade where her favorite subjects are Math and Science although Jenni earns A’s in all her classes. When not in school, Jenni enjoys hanging around animals, drawing, riding horses and bicycles, being outdoors, or helping her dad build his Bearhawk airplane in the garage. Jenni especially loves cats, frogs, and dragons and, of course, horses. Her enthusiasm for horses leads back to when she was an infant and loved to spend time with the two family horses. Jenni is incensed that anyone could confine and exploit a horse in such a way as the innocent Premarin mares. She feels the cruelty and injustice in horse slaughter is appalling and unnecessary. Jenni deeply believes that “All living beings deserve respect”. Jenni plans to be “a marine biologist or a lawyer or a doctor and an artist and writer after college". She would like to live in Hawaii or Arizona with lots of animals!
